Using AI to Analyze Trading Charts

If you have an active AI connection, you can send prompts directly to the connected model along with an image of your current chart view.

This feature enables advanced AI-powered chart analysis, helping you make informed trading decisions faster.

🧠 How It Works

  • When the AI assistant is active, you’ll see a prompt box under the chart.

  • The current chart view is captured and sent as an image along with your prompt to the AI model.

  • The model will return a response based on the chart data and your question.

🚫 Important Limitation

  • ⚠️ DeepSeek is not currently supported for image input.

    • You will not see the prompt interface if DeepSeek is your active connection.

    • Consider switching to a vision-capable model like GPT-4.1 or Gemini 2.5 Flash.

Here are some prompt ideas to get meaningful output or trading signals:

  • "Should I open a long or short based on the indicators shown in this chart?"

  • "If my goal is to take profit on a short trade, is now a good time?"

  • "Analyze this RSI + MACD combo and tell me if a reversal is coming."

💡Tip: With well-engineered prompts, you can extract highly useful, near-signal-level insights like:

“Answer only with LONG or SHORT and explain why based on the chart.”
